I’m not sure why this thread has appeared now..I added this back in early 2013..the upshot is that after making a pain of myself late in 2014 HMRC stopped my ex claiming child benefit and back dated the end date which then meant the CSA stopped CSA attachment to earnings and paid every penny back..gutted though as inbetween trying to prove I wasnt lying I suffered financial problems due to CSA incompetence which is now too late to wipe of my credit rating even though I’ve paid my debts off…though main thing is I finally have the csa off my back ..Happy days
if case is close she cant claim CSA witch still fraud they pass him on to right team .
