CSA won’t tell me why I’m on DOE
The csa have been miscalculating me, they didnt tell me but told the new CSA case worked for the private side,i have the convo recorded, the old csa sent me a letter saying they taking 286 from deduction of earnings?
Why? why did they give me a DOE no reason too, also i asked for an appeal instead a dude calls me back next day threatening me , i wasnt bothered i asked him to send me a proof also, of how they came to this.
Instead i just get a letter with the same information the previous case worker sent me, showing how much they will take, anyways i rang them again askin for this proof and i stated again and told them i have been getting miscalculated can you remove that DOE please i didnt consent to that or the amount, now i am told that they can do what they want? really?
Under what law they cant seem to tell me. s basically they accusing me of arrears which i know 1000000% i don’t owe now they are making arrears by not dealing with me they take weeks and months to sort sh*t out,i have another son whom i look after all his life he registered to the new csa jus to show these b***ards i do look after another child. and theres more, byt so far this is were i am.

Csa dont care about you and will try what ever there want
Csa can do a deduction of earnings without your consent, by the sounds of it i would say your paying back some arrears.
ok i dont think you have grasped what am on about, Basically the old csa are a bunch of lying scumms breaching human rights left right and centre., i had a DOE but it has been taken off now, why? because i have learnt the law, when people have told me there’s nothing i can do well they were wrong, csa has failed to show me proof of why they deducting and why i have arrears of 3k? i know i don’t have any arrears and i have the evidence, also DOE are for fathers who have never attempted to pay or stop paying suddenly;. Ive never done either, its past 48 hours and no letters of proof or evidence,well how about that then? Now iv’e changed a few things in order for them CSA SCUMS not to get my information again. i am opening up complaints until i reach european human rights courts, remember i did not start this bullshit. i know they’ll try something but i am learning so much that i will make it impossible for BABYLON SYSTEM to fuck with me again. for those who don’t believe them scums can be sorted out then you need reality check,,,
