CSA wants to put me on the dole

I cant believe ive only just heard about this web site.

Firstly, if it wasnt for my partner and step kids i wouldnt be here. The csa have made me crack. I am ex forces and use to be married to an irish girl who fell pregnant, and when my son was born she told me that she didnt want me in there lives.

With that and with mad reasons most normal people who dont know much about what its like to leave the armed services, I burried my head in the sand and run from it for years. I’m currently paying maintenance for my son who i cant get to see, but recently the csa are taking me to court for £35.000 in arrears.

I asked them to make minimal payments to start paying off the debt, but they declined and proceded to get ballifes involved and the final notice was put through my door stating that they arew going to revoke my driving licence, bearing in mind my livley hood is a lorry driver, shows you how ill informed they are. If they take my licence i can’t work to pay my maintenance, let a lone the arrears.

    I always ask people to visit their M.P. and complain about the ludricous situations such as the one you find yourself in.

    CSA staff act like a bunch of out of control wheelclampers. Their remit is too collect money at any cost. They don’t care if you don’t have anywhere to live. They don’t care if you are pennyless. They don’t care about contact issues.

    The more people who complain the better. Just beware that your M.P. is on the scam of the CSA. It’s compliance at all cost, everything to do with recycling benefits for the government, and nothing to do with your personal finance or well being!

    It’s a crap system, run by oafs!

    Sorry to hear about your story which is simular to my ex partner. They hit him with a bill or £35,000 which was reduced to £29,000. They would not accept monthly payments.

    2 weeks ago they took his house and guess what they are now coming after him for another claim.

    No MP, Solicitor, Judge could do anything as they went all steams ahead.

    apple to family courts and the court of human rights ,mp state your case with them
    they do not have the lawful power to tak your driving licence the must apply to the courts they are bullying you and threatening you record all coverstaion and demand it all in writng
    learn your rights
    the csa are lie bully and will rape you

    or let them take your driving licence then sue the live shit out of them
    you have the power to do this with out legal help

    im beating these worthing tossers with basic truth. and the real law not there version of it
