CSA want money I cannot pay

I was with a girl, we had three children. After eight years we split up. This was back in 1984.

I paid money to the kids mother throuht a court order. Then in 1987 met my future wife, so after a few years we decided to marry but we needed to tie up all the loose ends so i decided to meet with the ex girlfrend and sort out the money for my three children. It was decided she would have the house as a one off payment. It was bought for £18,000, she sold it in 1991 for £42,000 pounds  – all good… ha!

In 1994 got a letter from the csa saying i own my ex partner money. After a lot of heartache they said it was all sorted… by the way forgot to say we had a baby boy in 1991 but with all the trouble this had caused, me and the wife split up in 1996.

Once again the csa ugly head rowes up. I ended up paying 92 pounds and twenty two pence a week. This all ended in feb of this year. Great, you would think but the csa has just got in touch with me and said i own them just under 6,000 pound, stateing that the money was for my youngest child by my ex. Because my ex was on the dole i owed two years money at this time.

I feel like i am in a very dark place, cant afford to pay them and i cant see any way out. My head is in a bad place right now
