CSA want me to do all the legwork for them

I split from my daughters father when she was 15 months old she is now 7 its was a pretty bad split and he hasn’t seen his daughter sine the only contact i had with him was when he asked me for contact with his daughter who was 6 at the time but his demands where unreasonable he wanted to have his daughter every other weekend straight off without slowly getting her used to him and his family he said its that way or he wont see her at all i know that it will mess her head up if we dis did it like that.

He hasn’t paid me a penny for her since 2008 and even then it was only twice apparently he hasn’t been working and told the Csa exactly that but I got it from a reliable source that he has been working when I phoned the Csa to tell them that he is working they asked me to find out where he is working I know the location but not the company I thought with all the powers that the Csa have that they would be able to find out but no they wanted me to do all the leg work for them which I can’t do as I don’t have access to the same information that they do so till this day I still haven’t received a payment from my daughters father and not going to ether as when I phoned them recently they told me his case has been suspended until he gets in to contact with them to tell them he is working and I know he isn’t going to phone them and tell them. my other 2 children’s dad’s pays for them but hers don’t

  1. Can’t really blame this guy for avoiding the csa. However saying that the only one that will loose out is him. All the advice is the world isn’t going to help.
I’m not to sure but isn’t the csa changing there rules this year ?? I’m sure I’ve read it somewhere on this site

  2. If he is signing on they won’t pay you even if you can prove he’s working. My ex has a deduction of earnings order against him but as he’s signing on at the same time they won’t take a penny I have to report him to benefit fraud and get his claim stopped first. Silly isn’t it.
