CSA took £27,000 without my consent
I was in a bad car accident 7 months ago and lost both my legs, I am not working and as yet not receiving ant pensions, I received a total permanent disbility payment from my super, I was in debt with the CSA for 27,000 which accumulated because my ex wouldnt let me see my daughter I never paid monies. However they went into my bank and took the 27,000 of my super pension without my consent I think this is an unjustice I have never missed a payment of CSA and have all the receipts can I claim this back.

This is bad!!! Something needs to be done with these parasites and quick.
Try the Serious Fraud Office.
What a complete and utter cow, should be bloody ashamed as to what she and the CSA scum have done to this man,
Now! Now! the CSA have to find a way to reward for their employees for stealing, lying, making up fictitious arrears etc and this is the easiest way to do it!!
Steal from innocent people…. and then come on here promoting their services… in saying that, I have noticed that Alice has not been on here today…. i’m wondering if she is feeling guilty?? nah!! she has no feelings, she is probably stalking this website watching for her next ‘victim’….
Darren 2013 – this sounds like a Lump Sum Deduction Order has been issued to your bank, this is one of the various legal enforcement actions that the CSA can take if an NRP has outstanding arrears on their case.
You say that you stopped paying and that there was £27k debt on your case, but then say that you have not missed any payments – please clarify whether there is debt on the case or not.
If there is debt and the money has been taken direct from a bank account you have 28 days to make representation to the CSA and ask them to return the money, if there is debt on the case it is unlikely that they will agree to this. You then have 28 days to lodge an appeal in court. The money will be held by your bank during the time you have to make representation and/or lodge appeal in court
I think you need to tell us the whole story, because you have just written that you never paid any monies to the CSA, then you go on to say you have never missed a payment
Alice the daughter of a benifits cheat he has a right to negotiate these alleged arrears , two years to pay CSA guide lines !
@ Alice… You have absolutely no shame in what you do, do you??
You intentionally come on here feeding innocent people who need help misleading information about the CSA in hope that they will use them! Your actions have forced people to kill themselves!!
You make me sick with disgust and when you go to bed at night you should think about all those families who have lost a son, father, brother because of YOU and the company you work for!! Scum beyond belief!
@ Macon, it’s clear that Alice learned that its ok to behave the way she does from her mother…. A benefit cheat for a mother ….. Breeds a cheating lying daughter…..
Maybe he paid his ex direct? Always a risk when you have no proof and the CSA will just take her word for it that you haven’t paid a thing.
People need to be really clear when they write their stories, especially if they are after seeking help and advice
Use a complaints body to make the CSA accountable. The ICE or the PHSO (ombudsman). If your claims are successful, ask for compensation.
At least they have powers of intervention to put matters right until the allegations are proven is disproven.
Either way, you need to get your money, and have the matter investigated properly, because the lying thieveing tw-ts at the CSA will make the whole scenario up, to fit in with their lies!
