CSA threaten to take my house and send me to prison

January 7, 2010

My nightmare started with these robbers back in aug 2009 – they sent me to court for a liability order and was granted.

My first wife with my 2 children now 10 & 12 said she never wanted anything from me at all, just to buy them there clothes as and when they needed so thats what i did they never went with out i cant see them now as i have no money left at all.

my second marraige has now ended due to all the stress and we also adopted a 3 year old boy who has had a bad start to his so far short life. he stays with me 4 nights a week and weekends, im not eating & not sleeping im so stressed its unreal. now the csa are involved i cant afford anything at all, ive started paying £100 per month but as there account managers as they call them selfs, said to me they will be prosocuting again and they have no morrels at all on the family lifes they are wrecking.

i was asking since aug 09 for a standing order form but they called me again today jan 06/2010 they had NOT sent me on even though they said they did! i gave them my bank details to set up a direct debit only to be told they have not got the facility to do this!!?? wtf!!  what kind of place is this they have no idea at all, im not sure if they will they take my house???

if they did im sure its a human right thing?? or is it a threat?  my house is worth 89k and my morgage 88k left to pay, if they send me to prison what does this achive??, take my license from?? i cant drive then i cant work!.

The new csa shambles does not work and wants sorting out its having an effect on me and my 3 year old boy, i hope someone here can help me as i dont know what to do any more, ITs my house and my life NOT THE CSA’S!!!!!

    Hi steveg,

When did your first case commence with the agency? Before 03/03/03 it will be old rules (CSCS) on/after that date will be CS2.

Re; your second case. If you do the majority of the shared care, you are entitled to claim the child benefit and be the parent with care instead of the non resident parent, in which case you will be able to claim child support for your child from your ex.

To enable correct advice and support on both your cases, please join us in the forum at http://www.afairercsaforall.co.uk – its all FOC
