CSA system is not about the children

July 10, 2015

I have 2 daughters, my soon to be Ex-husband took me for support for child and spousal support, he was granted the support. I am very much so involved in my girls lives I was supporting them in every way before the support was granted. The court system has railroaded me. I am force to pay 60% of my income. I know my constitution rights and have been fighting the system trying to protect my rights.

I know support is voluntary and its a contract I never agreed to the contract and now I am forced to pay against my god given rights. My husband is scamming the government in so many ways. since I have been in the system for about 6 months now. I have learned so much about the system and how it works and how they claim they are here for the kids not so. It’s all about them getting paid from the government and destroying the lives of people who are living for their kids, It’s very sad to think how the system cares only for themselves and NOT the children.

I’m heartened to know that both sees that have to pay feel the same. 60% I thought the standard as 15% even on that we’ve all lost a home as well. How do they think we can support our children

Support is 100 percent fraud. Its voluntary. Its contract law. No contract no case. I have been fighting the system for 6 months its a hard long battle. But worth it. Not to pay the system

In black on white on their website it states that they can take up to 40% from the nrp`s monthly salary and that 60% is protected income so they are braking their own rules.

Got something to say?
