Is there anything I can do????
I’m at my wits end I pay maintance to my 3 children £250 a month. Yet my children are not benefiting from this money in the slightest. My ex spends this money on holidays bingo her own hair and things SHE needs, while my children wear clothing too small,no haircuts, no nothing (not even birthday presents). My ex openly admits and THINKS the money is for her. She has other children 5 all told and last month spent the money I gave for my children on birthday presents for one her children that isn’t mine. Yet my own child received nothing for his birthday a few weeks earlier from his mother.
My children have nothing I try to give the extra I can to my kids but after maintanace payments I am on the breadline myself.
Is there any legal action I can take to make sure the money I pay go’s to MY children and not on her lavish lifestyle or her more favoured children?
