CSA stopped my payments because of exes other partner
the csa have stopped my money ,no letter nothing payments being wrong for months I rang to find out why to be told very rudely your getting nothing after august when i asked why I was told sorry cant discuss it with you ,change of circumstances ,turns out my exes child from a previous relationship has turned 20 and csa have overpaid her mother ,surely this is nothing to do with me ,my children are just 15 and im not getting a penny how can they take it from me when its not me who has been overpaid I Know have my mp and a lawyer working on this.

If you can afford a lawyer for trivial matters, you don’t need CSA money.

Seems you know nothing I get legal aid for lawyer . As although I work I am on my own with teenagers as father in question preferred to drink his money and spent no time with his children . So think before you comment Alan and ben
Because when Csa make a cock up they expect everyone else to pay for their mistakes .if the mother was overpaid it means Csa calculations were incorrect and your now paying for it
