CSA stopped my payments
my ex partner was in arrears with csa but then he started payin payments of 278 per month for 2 children a few months ago it all stopped i phoned the csa up they said there was a change in his circumstances and all money stopped im on jsa which is pocket money i carnt afford to give my children what they want im in arrears with bills iv recently spoke to my ex who has recently brought a new bungolow with his new partner who is working my ex said he stopped working to care for his mum at home but he says to csa he is not doing any work but he tells me different i think the csa should check with his bank etc he is working but getting cash in hand so he gets away with it while his children suffer i need help.

Maybe you should get off your backside and get a job. Just because your ex has a better life he’s worked for doesn’t mean he should owe you anymore than a receiving parent that works does
Sorry if he is not working you will only get £10 per week..If you ring the CSA up and tell them you know he is working with cash in hand they will check his back account.
Women that don’t work get child benefit, child tax credit and income support. Housing etc paid for so kids don’t really go without. If a man took home a grand a month after all the stoppages and Csa rent or mortgage etc etc the woman is still better off than the working man so leave him alone and get a job yourself and let him be a dad to his kids and give them the support they need. It’s not about money.
