Protect the Jeremy Kyle society and shaft the honest workers… funny isn’t it that the ‘Hot to pay child maintenance’ booklet says they CANNOT use tax credits to deduct as ‘earnings’. Yet. this is EXACTLY what they do!!! Downright corrupt and a law unto themselves.

Don’t know if this would work but could you ask you new wife/partner to phone the tax credits insist that it is in her name and not yours and insist it is paid into her own bank account not yours or a joint one. I do know that they will change it to her name and her bank account, whether that will keep it away from the CSA I don’t know, surely its worth a try!!

Well they used my tax credits and child benefit in their assessment with my partner who now has grown up adult children, if they don’t use it, why ask for it? why can the pwc have full entitlement to hers and I lose mine, yet if the pwc has a partner his/her income ignored….biased much?

Its not the csa staffs fault! Get a grip they are following the guidelines it beyond belief that people make children and then play the hard done by card when they have to pay! Or when they don’t pay then get caught and arrears mount up I agree with the dow order maybe then that will teach them all a lesson! People refer the pwc money cows lol I’m sure most mothers put the children first and those who don’t then shame on them I am a pwc and only recently get csa and I use on my child ensuring he has what he needs I live with a new partner who is in a good job and pay his csa via csa yes its hard but we want his children to not go without

To all the wining absent parents…. you need to stand up to your responsibilities by providing for your children! , stop having more children if you cant even bother to pay for your others and stop punishing your children just because your ex was a bitch or twat.
To those who don’t see the children…. I sympathise but you still need to provide for them as again this is not the kids fault! this is a separate issue and it needs treating that way and fighting separately.
To all you new partners… you have got into a relationship with someone with kids accept this and understand that your partner needs to support them and remember this before allowing them another child or find someone who hasn’t already got kids!

The people in the csa are not bitter twisted bitches, in fact when i call i most of the time speak to a male, is he a bitter twisted bastard then, It would be men saying they are bitter twisted bitches the same men that do not want to face up to there responsibility and pay towards the upkeep of there children, like my ex two boys and buggers of with a polish girl who lives on benefits so he cant now work in case her benefits stop and he wont or cant sign on but he is happy he dosnt have to pay child support.
