CSA set the bailiffs on me

When i first had to pay c.s.a.it was £16 for the first year then it went up to £25 per weeek then i mist a few payments as im self employed so then i was layed off and went to work in a hospital as a porter i done two weeks over time as we had no staff through illness.the next thing i new my payments went up to £50 per week. i was on the phone a.s.a.p.to tell them they had assessed me wrong but they didnt want to know so i stopped paying.

A few yaers past and the bailf come and asked for £5000.00 i soon got rid of him and phoned the c.s.a. they said the amount was right and i had to pay it i asked how come the balif was sent they said they could not find me, my repley was the balif could and im on the electrol regester i put in complaint after complaint and appeal after appeal still told i had to pay £5000.00 so i did not pay a few years past and now they want £11,000.00 i told them i want to be assessed properly becausce of what i earned over the yaersi even sentin my tax returns and i told them that i should have only been paying £5.00 per week due to to their new payment system which came in in 2002 .

I was told i was not put on that system becausce they had I.T. problems and i said what for 10 yaers. when i was not paying the c.s.a. i looked after my son which my ex-partner has wrote to the c.s.a.to tell them i gave her money for our son but they have taken no notice so they still want me to pay them £11000.00 all i want is to be fairly treated and not ripped off by a company that does not know what they are doing or whos life they distroy
