CSA sent the wrong documents
The CSA got in touch with my partner but made the mistake off sending the mothers details vise versa,prior to that my partners ex wife had caused that much trouble and disturbance with sitting outside our house which i found frightening due to having 2 small children myself, sending letters, txts and emails even telling lies to police and social services as she was bitter to see us happy.
As a result of this we moved house whilst i was pregnant with our 2nd child. In fact within the same week due to her response off seeing our new born.we thaught that would be it now she didn’t no where we lived we would be safe to live our lives without looking over our shoulder or getting letters etc, now the csa have sent the wrong documents to either address the problems have started again so again we have to move this is not fair on my children and there lives.

They have clearly broken the data protection act here, go straight to complaints and take it from there and it might be worth getting the police involved, even its just to have a case number and speak to a solicitor who will write to her. I know its hard work but start building up a case against this woman so she stops harassing you. Good luck, I’m tired of hearing about bitter ex’s thinking they can do what the hell they want when they can’t moved forward in their own lives.
First go to the media about this breach of the DP Act and tell them you will keep them informed of progress of the complaint you will make.
Go to your MP and get them to make a formal complaint to the CSA.
The CSA are continually and perpetually making mistakes but we never read or hear about them in the media.
Now’s your chance.
It would be a good story to highlight in the press, as CSA incompetence is rife on many cases.
It may be worth sueing them through a solicitor!
