CSA sent my money ‘down the wrong system’ again

For the third time this year the CSA have sent my money down ‘the wrong system’. This has meant that I have to wait up to 21 days for my money.

This is so wrong, I’m being made to suffer due to their mistake. It has also caused more trouble with my exas I’ve contacted him and got a load of abuse from him and his wife as they have paid.

I rely on my csa to put food on the table and to do things for my kids so at the end of the day they have seriously missed out. I’ve also had to get loans out to cover the missing money and had to pay interest and you all know how much interest these short term loans cost.

How do the CSA get away with this. Just because someone forgets to push a button on a computer we have to suffer.

    Make a formal complaint in writing, sent recorded delivery.
    Go to you MP and get him/her involved.
    Complain to the ICE (Independent Case Examiner – but this does take a while for the a caseworker to be allocated to your case.
