CSA seem to be against men in general
Since i have been contacted by CSA on August 2009 until the prsesnt time my life is very bad. My daugter born on 14 Feb.2009 and i have been paying CSA monthly 240-400 pound every four weeks regardless my income. What ever you complain or try to contact them they are against man in generla and treat us as theifes regardles our circumstances. My x earn more money than me and despite the fact i have two childrens i pay almost 30% of my salary to CSA , even i dont know how my daughter looks like i never been in touch since she have been born. I drpoed my permanent job and worked for two years as bank nurse because one of my kids was ver sick and i need to look after him.
Despite the fact i am working as bank which means i earn as i work therefore, the amount i should pay should reflect the amount i earn. The CSA Chaged directly from the bank employer a percentage and after two years they asked me for another 2000 pound because they still calculate my income as it was before i left work.
I spoke with them and explain they way i worked over two years and gave them prove of my income over those two years the P 60 they replayed that their client will lose money by this way so they cant do it. after few months my bills goes to 3000 pound. I have no idea how i can get this money unless i adopt one of my kids.
Its ajoke once my two kids ask to have a toy and i hardley have enough for the bills and food therefore, i replied your other sister who we never saw for the last four years have our money therefore, what they expect in the future it will be happy family and my kids allready hate my other daughter and her mother and for me i will never accept her as a father therefore , well don CSA you managed to breakthe relationship and develop hate instead of love and who knows what other good things CSA do.

the CSA will assess you on your current income – if your income has dropped and you are earning less you are entitled to request a re-assessment on your case. You will be asked to supply 2 months or 5 weeks wage slips and from this the agency will calculate an average weekly income
if you have 2 children in your household an allowance of 20% of your net income will be deducted from your average weekly income in respect of these children and you will then be assessed as being liable to pay 15% of the remained for your other daughter.
If the PWC were to request a re-assessment at a later date and your income was higher than it was on current assessment the amount you are liable to pay would be higher.
MMMMMMMMMMMMM, what a load of bollocks, Yes Alice, the CSA will assess, you, More like lie, input false information regardsless, i shouls no, Quote, can i have a varation please, CSA reply no, I inform them i have a child whom lives with me has a disabilty.
CSA Reply, Thats not my probem,
You see the problem is the CSA are compulsive liars, theuare suppsoed to take children out of poverty, In reality they put children into poverty,
oh and steal money to put in there own bank account,
They all need sacking.

Alice, Well then the CSA can not change that, if she says there are two it is not the CSA’s fault or duty to check. You must as an NRP prove there is only one.

Alice, You can however approach the PWC and come to a mutual agreement, if you are unable to do so, the decision will stand that there are 2 moons.

Alice, I do not understand what you are getting at here, If the PWC states there are 2 how can that be the CSA’s fault, You should be more responsible when counting the moon if NRP’s took more care then PWC would not have to use the CSA to count the moon for them, it is not our job. Untill we have confirmation that the PWC has made a mistake then we have no choice but to work under the premise that there are 2 moons.
