CSA ‘scam’ amounts to corruption
Sounds like a familiar story all-round the csa has made life hell for all men involved.
They have ruined any relationship with my son. taken nearly every cent I’ve earned amounts to be paid change constantly tax check gets stolen every year even when there is no debt( then they claim they cant give it back when you prove them wrong).
This department seems to be a power to themselves every question I ask the csa is answered with its legislation? So now living in the so called lucky country I cant work overtime , collect any type of work bonus as between the tax office , csa , they take that as well to give to the lazy so called mother to do what she likes ( drink & smoke in my case ).
The whole scam amounts to legal corruption . oh & did I mention if you want fight for any issues like visitation rights etc. guess who has to pay for that!
Sad but true wishing for our kids to get old to get some relief financially & be rid of the stranger on the phone telling you that its all for the good of the child. shame on anyone working for these thieves or helped set it up.

You forgot to mention if your child(ren) stay with you for more than one night each week, you are entitled to a reduction in the amount you pay the CSA.
I asked the CSA how I can prove my child stayed with me for two nights a week?
I was told to get her mother to sign a letter stating so ie by doing so she would reduce the amount of money she would receive!
I ex was not prepared to sign such a letter and visits from my child reduced.
It’s all about money.
The CSA doesn’t really work in theory let along in practice.
And I have no doubt the new body set up to replace the CSA will in no time also be unfit for purpose.
Yes bit like myself been told from the Csa that I still have to pay £62p/w even though my son is working less than 24 hrs a week an still attending college an also ex can still claim child benefit son will end up with more money than me Csa bloody joke
