CSA says my ex does not have to pay for his child
I split from my child’s father when he was 16 months old, since then the csa have always wrote to me telling me that my self employed ex doesnt have to pay towards the up keep of his son?!
Over the years i’ve rang and complained, got nowhere. Nobody rings you back, nobody knows whos dealing with your case?! Then at the end of 2009 they decide he has to pay me nearly £30 a week!! I have never received a penny, he owes over £2000 now! I keep riging but they cant find the person dealing with my case??!!
Then yesterday i received a letter saying my ex DOES NOT have to pay towards his son now!! its a joke and im so angry!

I fail to see what either of the above questions have to do with Joannes post.
Do they say WHY he doesn’t have to pay? Doesn’t make sense unless he has no income, even then he’d still be liable for arrears.
