CSA says my complaint was not received

October 11, 2012

I have had a 9 year nightmare with C.S.A, I have only recieved payments from the father 3 times by deductions from earnings and everytime the father leaves the job.

The C.S.A have passed my claim around to different area’s of the country, I have even been told that my claim is with a department that have no phone, and been told that my claim has gone clerical. I have had to approach my M.P on the three occasions, I did recieve anything and this was only for a few short months.

I have given up contacting them because I am sick of being fobed off and told some one will call me back. I have recieved information on other people’s claims through the post.

I am at a complete loss of what to do now, I have no faith I have complained on numerous occasions, but to no avail, or to be told the complaint was not recieved.

    Don’t give up, Lisa.

Make a further, clearly marked, written complaint.
Keep copies of everything, post correspondence signed for delivery and copy in your local MP , ask for their assistance again.

Agree with chall don’t give up.

The Agency are failing so many people, noth nrp and pwc. You have to keep fighting them. The way I used to look at it which helped me get through was it was not costing me anything to complain in the hope they would get it right.

Keep at them, and follow the complaint right through, even to Independent Case Examiner if need be.

Good luck and don’t give up
