CSA says I owe money I have already paid to ex
Since seperating from my ex, nothing has been easy as most of you reading this will know. After a week of moving out of our home and back to my mothers i had a phone call at work, it was her come and pick Your son up i can`t Cope with him.
So being the dad i am i picked him up and took him home with me, after about 2 hours we had a knock at the door, it was her 🙂 never stopped to explain anything just left my sons clothes on the doorstep and drove off.I was left with my son who i love to bits and £22,000 pounds worth of debt, she had the house the car and still expected me to pay maintenance And pay for her car. had my son for 3 years with me not, a penny from her csa didn`t want to know. After my son went back to live with his mom within a week had a call from them (CSA).OHnow they want to know, now the boots on the other foot she can chase me for money via the CSA wheres the justice in that??????????
I have always paid for my son since he went back to his mother even while i was out of work, sick and tierd of being mugged by my x she can`t even send forms back to CSA to tell them i have paid, CSA won`t take my word or copies of the standing order set up, they just believe what she says. Where do i stand in this situation??????
CSA don`t want to know the truth.

the CSA is not the Child Support Agency as it it so currently named… It is the Reproduction Tax Collection Agency and should be rightly named the RTCA
It takes taxes from Non resident Parents to support itself and a miniscule amount is forwarded to the PWC for her retail therapy habits… It is not guaranteed to make provisions to child…!!!!
Allan, it's the Child Deprivation and Abuse Agency (Child Abuse Agency for short) and it was set up by Margaret Thatcher specifically to deprive children of their fathers's money. Mothers didn't like it when the children went to their dad's and had money spent on them, clothes, shoes etc, so she decided to set up the CSA to take 50% of a father's salary and (this is where she then hurt the mothers as well) KEEP IT!!! If you are female and have abandoned your children then the CSA will not contact you! Why, because you are female! The entire DSS and CSA is run on the basis of sexual discrimination, which is why women do not have to look for jobs, they are automatically put on Income Support and no effort is made whatsoever by the DSS to get them into employment! Just look at the mess Iaian Duncan Smith has to sort out. Margaret Thatcher promised to do it and her remedy was to deprive and abuse our children. Blair fiddled with it, but the Bush's poodle just made more of a mess. Shut the thing down now and be done with it!
I agree…It is time to have it shut down. At least when it was took to court it did not take 40% of the fathers wage leaveing us in poverty. And taken heat and food from a young lady with a brain tumber. My husbands x should go to prison for what she is doing. It is a crime.
