CSA refused DNA test
I met a girl over 2 years ago now 2 weeks into the relation ship she fell pregnant and told me i wasn’t the father so we called it a day and both went our separate ways.
Months later I get a letter off csa to start making payments I told them I’m not the father and asked if its possible for a DNA and they refused. Still continued to send me letters for payments then all of a sudden the mother closed the case.
Happy days then a couple of months after that same again she opens a new case more letters come through for payments and then she closes the case again. Now after 12months of nothing from the CSA they have sent me another letter stating the mother has opened yet again another case and threatening me to make a payment or they will make an attachment of earnings within the next 14 days. What can I do? I’m not on the both certificate and have been refused a DNA from the csa??????

Get a solicitor to call them. They won’t refuse Dna then. It’s your right to ask for the test and they should be offering it.rules state u have the right to prove either way if u are the father or not
I disputed a case back in 2006. Got a solicitor involved who contacted the csa months later I got a letter saying the case was closed, then in 2010 they contacted me again saying the pwc had applied again, told them it was closed in 2006. They said they have persue because she re applied, I disputed again and they said they ordered dna tests which the pwc refused, twice! again the case was closed. Then in 2014 a letter dropped on my floor from the csa saying I owed over 15k pounds and they were going to my work to take 40% of my wage! I went back to the solicitor who applied to the courts to order her to take dna tests, and we had to split the cost but even then she still refused but the csa wouldn’t stop the payments unless they had dna proof! What I’m trying to say is, no matter what you do the csa will always try and screw you over to help the pwc! They don’t give a shit about the nrp! Good luck mate in whatever you do but don’t hold your breath for a quick result!

I didnt think they cpuld make you pay unless your on the birth certificate!
By the law they cant make you pay less they have real proff your the dad . Tell right up no DNA no money the law on your side with that one .
