CSA recorded my ex admitting he works full time

I’m a PWC when the NRP and I parted company I left him with the house and a previously jointly owned company as it was easyer for me to change jobs rather than him.

Sadly things between us have become extreamly negative so we ended up using the csa (his application not mine ) they were contacted in 2009, since then my ex has lied regarding anything and everything he can to attempt to lower his liability from the distance he travels for contact (less than 10 miles here and back) to ammount of contact (much less than 52 days a year) and any resident children he has with him (none). He owns a taxi company that is run from his home (the one I gave him) employs others and he also drives a taxi, they even do a huge ammount of gov contracts, the CSA recorded him on the phone stating that he works full time and I have provided them with evidence from a PI that proves he has a high income and I have also submited a variation application yet I only get £5 a week and that’s even in arrears so it works out at about £1 a week that I actually recive just because my ex also recieves a war pension and they treat that as tho he’s on a means tested benifit, no matter how many times I complain or how I do it all they say is there is nothing they or I can do about it.

They were ok to investigate and challenge the travel distance/contact ammount/ resident children issue but not to investigate or challenge the most important one that being ACTUAL income, seams a bit f**ked up to me concidering that’s there sole reason for being there or is it a case of …… Our job is to track down deadbeat parents and work out there actual income and liability inless they lie to us then we will do nothing apart from hound and practicly bankruput the honest none deadbeat ones because that’s easyer.that way we get to pretend we are doing our job despite the fact that the decent NRP’s don’t need our input to maintain there kids and the deadbeats are still effectively sticking two fingers up at us.
