CSA never reinstated my license
A couple of yrs ago I was laid off and could not make my payments and my license was suspended. Once I got back to work I paid off my back child support and got my license re-instated, or so I thought. After 2 yrs I was just pulled over and told my license was still suspended, I have all my receipts and my re instatement papers and owe no back child support. The agency never lifted my suspension. It is a 100% mistake on their part. What do I do when I call them and tell them I have all my receipts and documents showing I took care of everything I needed to they just never lifted the suspension after two yrs of paying every two weeks and no longer owing any back support?

Take them to court sue them for it .
detaails on how to sue please (inexpensive way)
No idea , talk to lawyer can be done looking up the laws on what u need it for make sure you have your file and gone though ect .
Go to csa. you get an hour free with most solicitors, then just pay the court fees and away u go
All the best finding a solicitor with any bollocks to do it
If I had the money to do the training I would in a heart beat .
Make an official complaint to the csas complaints team. They have to sort it then x
