CSA mistreats absent fathers who always pay
I have been paying csa for6 years now and In 2014 I was diagnosed with osteoarthritis. I did not think of contacting csa about my circumstance. Because I could not work now I am wating for,a hand operation, for severe carpoltunnel and a new hip replacement great.
Now I have been terminated from empioyment, due to ill health was paid off redundancy £1300 the csa took from wage deduction £1097 because they told me I owed£1700 because I did not pay while been of sick when talking to them said I should have told them and still owe £600 ha ha.
I canot believe how they treat absent fathers.now I’m on sickness benefit £45 a week and the csa have phoned twice telling me that my circumstances have changed and they will be taking £5 a week out of my sick pay which is ok but what sickend me was they asked for back payments ?
What makes me mad is the way they treat absent farther who allways pay .and the ones who don’t pay a penny get away what a shambles of the csa?

That’s because they are money grabbing wankers like most of the PWC.
With you both on that one. Roll on the CMS, when the system mediates rather than follows an unjust generic process which has failed many children across the years!
