CSA messed up my relationship with my daughter

I have one non resident child & three children who live with me that are my partners.

Since June 2006 I have fought for access to my daughter and been blocked at every turn by my former partner, I was paying her an estimated 4- 500 pounds per month….. At that time she was happy, she had money to go out with & a babysitter on call.

Anyway. after a while she got some dodgy advice from her friend saying that she would get more money from the CSA, she did this and much to my delight what i was paying was reduced by 75%, unforunately she was prosecuted for benefit fraud as she did not disclose any of my payments to anyone and luckily i kept bank statements.

However despite sending receipts to them & maintaining details the CSA dont know what they are doing, iv so far calculated £100’s in overpayments

They need to wake the hell up & get things right !
