CSA messed me around for eight years

Divorced father start paying ex-wife in her a bank account 70 pounds / week from 2004 till 2006 as I been told by CSA I got arrears and I answer theme back I been paying ex-wife.

Can you stop paying her and start paying as also can you send us the evidence later on they start deducting money from my wage. Child maintenance plus £100 pounds extra every month and I been by phone a letters from 2006 till December 2014.

They got back to me we are sorry yes we just found some evidence as I did paid £3,600 as now they will deducted from my arrears all this 8 years what i got just only sorry.
