CSA making up arrears against me
I left the family home in 1988 after finding out about my wife’s infadelities. I went on to become self employed until 2002. Since then I have had a (proper job). That was when the CSA started taking cash from my earnings. Between 1988 & 2002 I had contact with my child, I always paid the (entance fee)when visiting.
The upshot is my daughter is now near 25 years old and the CSA is still taking money from my earnings. They are calling it arrears. They cannot tell me how much i supposedly owe, because they dont know. I feel like ive been stiched up and there is absolutely nothing I can do about it.

I have exactly the same problem. I am still paying fictitious arrears in to an account that was closed in 2005.
I wrote to the Complaints Resolution Team and they are now investigating my case.
Dont take no for an answer, If you dont get satisfaction, write and ask for an independent review.

I think you need to get on top of this. This can be done in a variety of ways.
1. Write to them and ask for a complete financial breakdown of your account.
2. Write to them again and ask for a copy of your data protection file.
3. Gather all the evidience together and then present it to your MP.
4. Contact deadbeatdads, they regularly post on this website.
5. Another point ofcontact is CHALL she regularly posts on here.
6. Present your case to the Independant Case Examiner.
7. If you can afford it go through a company called Child Support Solutions, the gentleman there is called Bob Page . They are very good.
8. Complain to your MP. There have been posts recently about MPs who are going after the CSA. Read through the posts on the website and you will come across there names. Write to them at Parliament.

If they won't give you a statement then I reckon that's illegal. Complain. Mail your MP
you have a right to request a breakdown of arrears.Also you need to request every bit of information they hold on you.They have 40 days to comply so send the requests by recorded delivery,if after 40 days they have not sent your information then write to the parlimentary ombudsman.Templates for these letters can be found at "a fairer csa for all" on the net good look against the nazis
report the CSA's crime to police, it's Fraud…. Gatherthe evidence, provide to police, prosecute, the CSA is not above the Law… I daily say this to CSA.. still awaiting evidence… I remind them that all phone calls are recorded for legal purposes…. then I tell them their crimes… Obtaining by deception and fraud by inaccurate calculations… by what evidence do they calculate the arrears? the ultimate crime is theft!!!does the evidence prove theft by CSA?…. If answer is YES… report to POLICE a crime of theft by fraud… present evidence… CID will be on it!!!!
