CSA lost my records so I’ve not received support
My ex gave up good job when csa asked for more money. They lost my records and this was ongoing for 18 months. Since a request for an increase from 180 per month for 3 children to a decent sum, he gave up his job and his wife now works full tikme. I have had no maintenance for years and just recently have started to receive 20 per month from incapacity, This was kept secret and i had t5o fight for. They holiday 3 to 4 times a year and my children g0 without. I SHOULD BE ABLE TO CLAIM FROM THE WHOLE FAMILY.

Why should his wife/girlfriend pay for his and your kids if he not working and not getting any money u dont get a penny
And it dont matter if he drives round in a new bmw and goes away 10times a year if his partner pays for it and its got nothing to do with u sorry
You can only get maintenance off him not his wife
How would you feel paying for someone else’s kids you imbecile? It’s nothing to do with her & people like you make me sick.
Whilst I agree both parents should contribute towards their kids.
People you make my blood boil. You sound like another one of those greedy,jealous, out for what they can get off the ex, who thinks you have all the rights to every thing he has now inc his new partners money.
Don’t matter how many hols he has or how many cars he drives, got fuck all to do with you and his wife’s money has even less to do with you. Lol
