CSA lost my details and don’t know what is going on

I first contacted the CSA in July 2007 after I left my then husband after a very abusive relationship.For three or four months I received monthly payments for my two children..my husband approached me and asked if we could do a private arrangement as he feared the CSA were taking a cut and he’d prefer the money to come directly to me. Stupidly I agreed ,only for the payments to totally stop the next month.

After a few monts I realised I needed to contact the CSA again.this was may 2008.
I have not received a payment since.

I have called maybe 200 times.ive emailed,sent letters and cried for many hours.the treatment I have received has been absolutely appalling and I cannot believe that for the past four years I have battled and argued and begged for what I’m entitled to.not more, I’m not greedy I just want him to pay up and pay me what he owes..How is he allowed to get away with it?? I have his two beautiful children and he’s allowed not to pay?? How is this fair?? Why are the CSA not doing ANYTHING to help me?? To help my children?

I am pushed from department to department and told conflicting stories..one minute it’s gone to criminal compliance,the next they’ve lost my details, the next he’s quit work, the next they’ll seize his passport and driving licence and sell his BMW ! What next?? This is a joke. Please can some body help me..I don’t know whe to turn,who to go to ,and who to trust..it’s certainly not the CSA.
