CSA keeps losing my case file

I first regisered my case with the CSA in December 2002. I knew all the relevent details of my X husband and now 8 years plus down the line I am no nearer getting the £19,000 plus arreas that are owed to me and my children. My case has been lost within CSA departments for months at a time and it has sat on various desks waiting for someone to press the right button.

If it hadn’t been for my determination I wouldn’t be as far as I am. I am now at my wits end and need this money for my children and myself but see no light at the end of the tunnel. Would love to hear from anyone that could hlep me.
