CSA keeps feeding me different lies
Won’t bore you all with the early stuff,my daughter is 20 now and holds down 2 jobs and is 2 months pregnant,however i’m still required to part with a large monthly amount of money which my ex uses to make the monthly payments on her freelander whilst I properly struggle to keep a 14 year old car on the road.
And on top of this as a tax payer i’m also giving her money in tax credits plus my ex takes £60 a week off my daughter for keep???
However the csa are not bothered about these details as I amount to a walking cashpoint and the fact that my ex is living the dream but won’t help our daughter to get thru her driving test is of no importance,and nor are my telephone calls to these man haters on the other end of the line who feed you different lies everytime you ring the idiots.

Come to an arrangement with your daughter and pay her direct
Surely it should have stopped if not in education maybe cancel how they take your money and wait for them to contact u u can always give your daughter money as an when good luck just explain to csa they most prob have over looked your case or not even looked.
Payments shud have stoppd when left education n defo by 20 regardless of situation…..cancel collection method n watch the fall out
You need to contact child benefit fraud with your information, csa is only active if your ex is still receiving this benefit, to keep this payable your daughter needs to be in full time education set out by the child benefit guidelines….if you get no joy see your mp and write a letter of complaint.
