CSA – Just money hungry
ok first I would like to say I do agree with giving money for my child.
but what really get’s me going is when a woman wants it all her own way. not letting me see my child while she moved a new man into our house and stopped me seeing my son.
my ex has accused me of taking all sorts of drugs and drinking alcohol to extreme levels. to the courts and then sat there and cried about me not giving any money, but then the courts ordered that i was to pay for my hair follicle test witch is very costly and then she demanded that I pay for my child as well. all the test’s have obviously come back clean but the £1500 could have gone to my son. do I get that money no did my son no instead because of her lies my son has suffered. and I am now behind on payments… does the csa care no just money hungry same as all government body’s…

This is the situation that I’m in also, any advice would be greatly appreciated. i find the citizens advice completely useless.
Apply to court for an order my other half paid £250 for his about 18 months ago. You don’t need a solicitor just represent yourself or find out about a McKenzie friend who will go with you. All you have to do is pay their out of pocket expenses. What ever you decide to do Good Luck 🙂
Ha I would think about doing her for slander, she made false accusations about you which have been proved to be false. In situations like this I think the court should rule that the person who made a false accusation should have to pay all costs. Bitch springs to mind!

II had this exact problem back in 2008 – the woman went insane making up all kinds or stuff about me which were proven to all be lies – and the courts could see she was bitter (they are used to this kind of thing) However through perseverance I managed to get a shared residence order – so my advice is to just not give up!
