CSA just doesn’t care who it hurts

I read so many horror stories on this site about the shit fathers…yes fathers mainly have to go through with the csa and I have no special case only to reinforce some of the experiences I read.I have only just started paying these money wolfs £320 a month deductions from earnings because to put it bluntly..when this prick at the csa rang and kept on like a parrot saying only the same thing.”its 15% of your net income” despite my pleading with him about my outgoings and car payment and morgage and a loan that I took out to marry the bitch…none seem to phase him..he asked me how id like to pay and I replied “I wouldnt…neither will I” so the bitch of a ex told them where I worked and they somehow got my company details insurance number and their address and i was told by HR that they have to pay the csa out of my salary.Im not against the principal of paying my way for my daughters upbringing but its the amount im forced to pay for a child im never allowed to see,only when it suits her whore of mother,and who left me after I found her cyberwhoring with a German only 9 months after we married,and that this money is only going to benefit her and the prick she is living with,buying them both an extra pack of cigs each week and an extra night out all at good old muggins heres expence.

What bugs me is the csa are not interested in your financial status,your outgoings,NOTHING,I have had to increase my morgage term in order to bring the monthly payments down,cancel my home contents insurance,cancel my direct debits I was making to my daughters trust fund,cancel payments to charities,breast cancer and heart foundation.and what bugs me is I have a car allowance of £400 a month that has to fund a lease car I have and insure it.Im tied into the lease until Nov 2012 and cant get out of it,im already taxed on this sum as well and the bastards at the csa calculate this into their sums as well.I tried getting rid of the allowance because that would affect the calculation and bring it down but the company wont offer me a comp van or one lump sum to buy a vehicle,the sole aim was to try and get rid of this allowance to bring my csa payments down a bit and relieve me of lease payments of £276 a month as well.

what pisses me off is the bastard csa means test the mother to see what benefits shes on and deduct it from the money that they steal from me.But they dont means test the victims ability to pay…yes they are wankers and only serve the assholes that dont deserve the money and it just encourages these greedy mothers to exploit the ridiculous system called the csa to line their own pockets.And WHY the hell when my ex is living with this knob who works but the csa DONT take that into account oh no…hes fucking laughing his cock off.ok some might say “why should he maintain your kid” ? well call me old fashioned but if a bloke comes along and puts himself out to have an affiar with your wife knowing shes married and has 2 young kids and asked her to leave her husband and go live with him…well if he wants her he can have her and her baggage AND he should be prepaired to support her and the kids lock stock and barrel.

I never walked away from my responcibilities as a father and husband…I was relieved of them against my will.I am the victim here who has been shit on by the ex and now by the csa assholes…and I have to pay for the privilege…lol…my ex has never worked,just made babies for men and the state to look after.she even stole rent money for 7 months after she moved to Germany but didnt tell the council but knowingly let the rent be payed into her account long after the landlord had re rented the house.These evil women do indeed use the kids as a means of getting easy money,they will do anything they can to stop fathers seeing their kids on a regular basis because that will directly affect their csa money and so not in their interest.they will do anything to keep the kids on at school after 16,again for the same reason,they are certainly not interested in their kids education,its the money they lose thats of more interest to these mothers,and im not refering to all mothers…just the ones like my daughters,who is a lazy cow who has never worked and is a money parasite to the poor unfortunate bloke that is silly enough to take her on and when she has a transition from one bloke shes bored with to the new host..lol…she scrounches and ponces off the good old tax payer…there…I had my winch..but would love to know if anyone can tell me? assuming someone is not working and on full benefits? what % of the money the csa takes from someone does she or he actually get?

I read somewhere that the csa keeps 90% of the money? which seems alot but that said if she gets all these benefits from the government..surely this is a way of them getting it back ?otherwise she be a double winner and the tax payer a double loser? If she does only get a small percent of the £320 the csa steals from me ? then she has shot herself in the foot…because I would have payed her more with a private agreement set up by direct debit of cause,so I have a paper trail of prove of payments.
