CSA isn’t informing me of anything

I put a claim in against my ex partner John Conroy for my son on the 14th May. After 12 weeks they said they sent this to Bolton on the 31st July as it needs to be clerical. I accepted this and was i will hear in 6 weeks.

I never recieved no phone calls or letters!! I have made numerous calls eg September, 8th, 12th and 18th October and they said the case worker will call me back within 5 days.

I still havent recieved no calls/ letters and i would just like some feedback. This got passed to Hannah and i am getting rather upset as no one is informing me of anything.
