Get your local mp involved I’ve been telling hubby to do this for 2 years he finally did and no more arreas! He even got compensation from the Csa after the mp got involved!
I have suffered too due to this I don’t see the child I’m not even registered on the birth certificate and I was unemployed from the end of 2013-2014 and they are saying to me I have arrears amassing £2000 I was like WTF!!!!
I was forced to pay back £5200 arrears I didn’t owe, twice.
They just lie and make threats to get the money they want, my local mp put me onto the mp that is in charge of the parliamentary complaints procedure but she was a disinterested, angry feminist who basically said “tough”.
