CSA Illegally deducting money from my wages
I recieved a letter from the CSA stating to me that as of 05/09/2011 my Child maintenance case has been closed due to the fact that both my children no longer qualify.
My son has been living with me for the past 2 years as after the money stopped being paid for him, a difference of approx. £4 per week his Mother threw him out of her house.
I still had £3800 worht of arrears to pay to the CSA and after remortgaging my house to release the money i am now clear of them…..Or so i thought.
The money was paid to them and cleared 6 weeks ago and still they are deducting money from my wages under a now non existant DEO. I have contacted them several times and been told i’ll recieve a call back but nothing.
I am now going to take them to court for theft and Fraud ( Gaining money by deception) as they are decieving my works wages dept. into thinking i have a court order against me.

Excellent. Also add on stress, incurred charges and denial of a fair case
ime having the same they are just bunch of over powered theives my case ended 28 august last year son no longer qualified i owed them nothing they have taken £1400 out of my acount bank cant stop it because it is goverment run once its set up thats it the bank is powerless .
i have contacted the csa all i got was someone must have left the file at the bottom
and forgot to close the case sorry to get my money back i will have to go through
reinbusment team they are quick enough to tke the money now i have got to fight to get it back this is fraudulent by goverment workers however you loook at it
