CSA hung up when they realised I was recording THEIR call

My son is now over 18. I rang cda & asked them to investigate status of my son, as he has been moved from school to school because of his unruly behaviour.

Letter was sent out to me the same afternoon stating my csa will remain the same so appears they haven’t investigated it, just fobbed me off because I complained about one of their call handlers who hung up on me because I was recordong the call.

It appears the csa can go and take money directly frpm my wages whenever they want & for as long as they want?

There should be a governing body disciplining the csa!
