CSA hit a new low
My eldest took her own life at the age of 19. She was the most beuitiful loving daugther any Dad could have wished for.
Her estate was split between her mother and myself(she had worked from the age of 14, but CSA added this as income for Child Support purposes.
This is despite the fact I paid 100% of her funeral, and donated the money to Beyond Blue. I objected to the decision, but had the objection dismissed. I have been fighting with CSA regarding the decision of 3 years, and explained it clearly shows on my Tax Assessment, where the money came from.
CSA are the lowest of the low.

Firstly I am sorry for your sad loss mate!
The CSA/CMS are utter scum, they employ the most uncaring and vile individuals on this planet who target individuals for ghost arrears, Inflated assessments also attempt to put fully compliant nrps into enforcement.
All this to hit their targets so that they get the bonuses.
Try and get your mp involved, if they back you it may help to sort the CSA out,
If like my mp who couldn’t give a shit then god only knows what to do.

Yes I have a local MP (Andrew Wilkie) who has been the only one interested.
He is currently writing to the Minister about this crazy rule (and conduct of CSA).
