I didn’t know they could pass the others info out its a breach of info! But then again If I was runing from my ex in such circumstances the last thing if no contact attal is aloud would be wanting anything from him including him money

They have broken the data base act by divulging info! Running or not for whatever reasons this man still has a duty to pay for the up keep of the children!! You need to seek advice on this from another source, I hope you and your children are safe 🙂

Thanks for all ur comments the police have been great and organised a panic alarm etc,,, as for reasons for having to take money from kids dad,probably as I’m a single mum to three young boys I’m also on the sick suffering from anxiety and stress from the mental abuse I suffered for ten long years ,,,, it took all these years to stand up for myself to be hit in the face by the people that were ment to not only help but safeguard me.
