CSA hasn’t updated my calculations or payments

I’ve phoned them countless of times giving new information about my payments, i had to ring them 3 times yet none of the previous information was filed so at the moment there not taking payments from my account so now i have a debt with them.

The only way of paying them is to phone them each week to pay over the phone which costs me.

They haven’t updated or recalculated my payments when I gave them my employers details they still haven’t contacted them so now im paying more then i should and have to provide towards my new family which is a tough budget !!!

I wouldn’t mind but my ex cheated on me and kicked me out so money is tight but would be easier if the csa updated my calculation to what it should be.

I think the csa is the worst agency and in any case the male the dad always loses out.
