CSA has totally failed me

CSA were involved as soon as my ex and I split as he was convicted of DV, had an injunction and prohibited steps order. JULY 2009.

Ex paid via CSA for 9/10 months. stopped paying after claiming no job. I contacted CSA with information that this was untrue. Ex replied saying he was moving in between jobs. Infact he had remarried and he waspromoted to Company Director. as of then Jan 2010 no regular payments were being made. CSA continously maintian that they can only take exs word for truth as no reason to disbelieve him and I had to provide evidence of his lies. I continued to gather information despite his violent past.

Currently he is in arrears of four thousand pounds. He still has two jobs as company director of a recriutment and training company and works for John Lewis. his offices have relocated and he drives a forty thousand pound car and holidays 3 times a year and maintains he has no job and can’t pay regularly for his two children aged 11 & 4.

CSA have failed to contact him every month for regular payments to be made. they maintain that since he has not refused to pay this cannot be taken any further and have probably called ex four times in period of two yrs with total of £400.

Uptill now it is under “investigation” therefore i do not recieve the basic £5 per week either. Totally failed by the CSA.
