CSA has too much power

They make up figures, then you’ll not even allowed to defend yourself. Its totally wrong that CSA can obtain a Liability Order without even being questioned on the total, even more criminal that you have no rights to put your case forward.

Of course you will get NRP’s who neglect their duty, but the system is flawed because it treats them all the same. It never questions why a PWC has to sponge of the site for 19 years, never questions anything to do with extra income on her benefits and when everyone is supposed to be equal, you have an organisation so biased towards the PWC (which invariably are women) that makes the sexist sixties/seventies seem mild in comparison.

The comments are not aimed at PWC’s who have genuine hardship, but the realisation that we have a corrupt system in place that the people working for it, just ruin people’s lives without a second thought. How is it benefitting the children, if they couldn’t get their fingers out of their backsides when the child needed it, in some cases wait to that child is an adult ,well in to her/his twenties before actually doing anything?

  1. Everything you say is right! I fully agree!

But then that is why the CSA was set up. It has nothing to do with providing for your children, it was set up to take money from fathers to reimburse the DSS because the DSS was taking the attitude that women do not have to work but can just sit at home while we the father picks up the tab. The DSS makes no effort whatsoever to get these women into work and to make them provide for both themselves and their children. What a state we have!
