CSA has put parents in its crosshairs

July 2, 2014

I ve recently complained to the government through my mp about how the child maintenance service is railroading NRPs into firstly indebtedness then a punative system that is about to introduce grossly unfair charges.

My options have been and remain to quit work. I can’t force my ex to cease using the CMS.

Steve Webb MP replied today ” The higher charge on the paying parent reflects that they will have greater control over being in the collection service” by being “in” do you think he means in work or the crosshairs?
