CSA has left me lost for words
My E husband my two children’s father currently pays very little as he owns his own estate agents and there fore tells the csa he earns very little.
But the fact he has a company face book account which on a weekly basis says how well the company is doing and how well tge properties are shifting dosnt represent what amount of csa he is paying!
The csa say they can’t review cases unless there are any changes of circumstances so does that mean no matter how well the business is doing and no matter how much mire my Exs wage increases each year My children still only get the silly amount to help with their child care?. If so I am lost for words.

Download his company accounts to see what the real picture is because your assumptions are based on a FB account used to promote his firm & he’s hardly likely to post negative news to drive customers away.
How much does he pay are the children malnourished do they need clothes or is it another cash cow ?
@ Mark Perkins. “are the children malnourished’ what I read into this nasty comment is that you don’t see any justification for the nrp paying anything but a minimal amount of maintenance unless the children are starving. ‘do they need clothes’ duh children always need new clothes, shoes and underwear as they are constantly growing.
Both parents should financially support their children. If this ladies ex declares earning very little and therefore pays hardly any maintenance then how is she a ‘cash cow’.
