CSA has left me at a loss

I’ve been married for 18 years recently I divorced my wife on the grounds of behaviour due to det problems.

I have come out of the army, so had an army pension, the pension was split in half of which my ex wife gets half, on top of that Ive been told by the csa that I have to pay £430.00 per month.

I explained that due to the nature of the devorce I have been left with a debt of £3000.00 and I also have a debt of up to £5000.00 for repayment of outstanding mortgage and then there is the cost of living which include £300.00 per month rent, £62.00 council tax. and then there is other bills such as food, electricity, fuel for my van which I need for work.

Csa have told me none of this is taken into account. so where do I stand as it seems I have 1 of 2 choices, suicide or give up work. as im at a lose of what to do.
