CSA has been taking money when payments should have stopped years ago
I had £115 to pay the CSA which would have been finished next month so we were getting a bit excited as we are struggling as most people are these days and my daughters 22 now and has left home and she is working.
I just recieved a letter today from the CSA saying we owe £925 we are totaly shocked and upset by this. Luckily my wife keeps all the paperwork and on checking past statements it shows that they have continued to add maintenance payments of £110 a month to my arrears when they should have stopped years ago.
When we phoned them they would not listen to us and said we had to send all our paperwork in to prove this. The CSA are a total joke the only winners are the fellas that dont pay a penny cos when they have got their hooks in they dont let go.

Thats just one of many slimy deceitful things the CSA do.
Any paperwork you send to them, send recorded delivery and make sure you have photo copies as the CSA excel in saying they haven’t received correspondence.
Following on from bretts advice, in the letter also state that you will be taking it further and seeing your mp, which is what I advise you to do and show him/her the paperwork and get them fighting on your behalf. Good luck.
This most certainly is a case for your MP.
Politicians on both sides support the CSA, so they should sort out problems such as these.
Once this has been resolved and you have had your money returned, go to the media; your MP will enjoy the publicity and we will enjoy the CSA’s shame.
