CSA harrass you if do a little overtime for extra money
The csa are using Illigal Actions in various areas.
- They breech the Protection from Harrassment Act 1997.
- Breech the Human Rights Act 1998 thats ensures your right to live.
Although i am not involved with this Bully Boy agency some one i know is and the treatment is dreadful.
In the booklet they send it states 2 monthly pay slips but then ask for 12 months as you have done a little overtime to be able to live, if you dont send them anything they ask for, they start harrassing you and threatening you with legal action!
Another point is WHY do you have to send bank details to them for Direct Debit before you even know how much they are going to be taking?surely this is not right!.I feel so annoyed about this and the letters on this site i have E-Mailed David Cameron to ask why this government run agency is being allowed to get away with this harrassment.
Can some-one tell me if the mum gets these CSA payments stopped out of their benefits?

The csa harrass. That’s wot they do. They think that every nrp is trying to NOT pay. They are a shambles. I don’t know of anyone who is happy with the service they receive. And now they are gonna start charging for the privelidge of using them! Are they crazy? They are rubbish that’s for sure!
No, as of 2010 the pwc gets it all….or so they say, csa like exes at loggerheads so they don’t communicate about maintenance….know of cases where nrps paying x amount for the ex to say csa paying them less or with holding payments. Government don’t care as its silent revenue for them, why else would a shambles of an agency keep going with such incompetence?
Yes it truly is a major income for any government! Young men should be taught about how they too can spend the rest of their lives harassed, driven to poverty and even suicide by the so called child support agency.
Under NO circumstances give out your bank details or credit card information to the CSA.
