CSA Complaints

CSA had no record of my speaking to then, or paying them over the phone!

Phoned today on behalf of my son in law who has given authorisation for me to represent him and for whom CSA has accepted a large sum of money from me for payment of arrears.

Today…no record apparently of authorisation or of me ever having spoken to anyone and therefore I could not discuss anything over the phone, hence the problem being resolved is now delayed, which he can ill afford! I am furious!!

Letters are in the post and I hope the matter is now dealt with ASAP.

  1. Never deal with the CSA by phone. Send all letters by recorded delivery.
If you do decide to speak to the CSA by phone note the persons name you spoke to.

  2. Csa did that to us, said we never told them of dependents living at home, my answer, why would I deny it?….few phone calls later and agent tripped himself up and admitted the phone call that was denied!!….they even lost proof of my child benefit claim…and the fact I also had my own claim with the csa at that time, bunch of Muppets!!!!! Yes, Brett is correct, always send letters recorded, and if you get no joy, go to your mp. Good luck.
