CSA Gross negligence & maladministration
My story starts ten years ago after all of a sudden the csa are taking money from me WHAT??? after a telephone conversation i have been named as a father to a child well i said i want a DNA test done immediately the mother in question worked next door to me i had only seen her a handful of times i could not believe whats happening ? But the csa had said to me we offered a DNA test you didn’t reply to our letter so basically its your problem to sort out and you have to pay after a few esquires i find out it will cost £495.00 to have a DNA test done privately well minimum wage jobs and bills to pay i could not ever afford to take the chance and theirs no guarantee the mother would even go along with it The csa also said to me that my name was on the birth certificate and was liable for all costs (LIES) I rang the registry office i wasn’t named ????
By the way if you ever ring the csa they couldn’t care less, if they have your name regardless of whatever your story is the way they see it is your guilty and you pay they are basically DEBT collectors unfortunately i have never had a stable life for very long having to move a number of times and losing good jobs through no fault of my own but the csa never give up the went to my employers directly demanding to know what my finances are then taking money from me however they see fit if i was on benefits the same thing would happen over ten years you can imagine the embarrassment and how my health and any relationships i formed had suffered massively it was only last year that my current partner fell pregnant and she really pushed me to have this sorted once and for all so i found a solicitor they would take my case on with legal aid Brilliant after 7-8 months finally a DNA test would be arranged through cellmark surprise surprise the mother in question tried to drag it out as long as she could until threatened with court action to make her take the test she reluctantly agreed finally the results are completed and I was Not The father of this child .
So i contacted the csa now i have to wait for them to look at my case because anything i say “is hear say” ermm hang on ive protested my innocence since the start now ive proved the mother was lying ive paid ££££ in payments to this women and i was telling the truth from the very beginning the csa really don’t want to help me i think they know they have acted with gross negligence and maladministration now im having to start another process all over again and that is to fight for a refund , compensation , And more then anything a APOLOGY the csa have told me i have to ask for my data protection print which can take 40 days what are they talking about they have all the information on me sensitive information including dna and finances well ive had enough i have contacted my local MP and they are writing to the chief executive of the csa on my behalf which is were im up too at this point a change must be made and my voice will be heard as im not the only person this has happened too my advice is fight fight write everything down so you have a record you can look on i will not stop until i get back what is rightfully mine we bang on about human rights in this country and democracy in my case it was guilty until proven innocent wheres my human rights now then??

Nice one and congrats! I’ll look out for the story in the local paper… Oh wait that’s right they won’t publish this because they are not allowed freedom in the press what it comes to the csa!

You are right keep fighting but it often seems impossible against these idiots! Why are the CSA not accepting copy of the DNA results? My partner was in a similar position and they accepted a copy of the DNA and amended the maintenance. Then again he was in arrears anyway so they just reduced the amount down.
Why do you have to get a copy of your file?
Joke Joke Joke the idiots working for csa have no compassion only arrogance. About time the government looked into this. As for human rights you have none with the csa all they want is your money,tough if you are struggling.LOAD OF BOLSHY BULLYING IDIOTS WHO HAVE NO IDEA!!!!!
Carol, you be surprised what the csa staff write about you and what they try to cover up. when are the government going to wake up that people are tiring of the child abuse agency and fighting back?? Get mp’s involved so they too can see how bad it really is. good luck in your case, my partners ex tried saying he was the father to her son, he had the snip 5 years before he was born, so no disputing that one. what some women try is beyond me.
The CSA staff who have attempted to criminalise you, should be disciplined or sacked. If I where you, I wouldn’t let this drop.
The system is a complete shambles and the staff incompetent beyong belief.
What happens between parents regarding their children is no business whatsoever of a corrupt government quango!
These issues should be returned to the courts or the benefits office for proper scrutiny. They should not be left in the hands of incapable oafs at the CSA!
Keep fighting, demand that ALL people involved are named, you want action taking against them!

it sounds like ive written this except im at the beginning of my nightmare iv’e been telling them for years im disputeing it but its like banging your head against the wall.any ideas are greatfully accepted.
Roy. Don’t take it lying down. if you haven’t all ready, get the Independent case examiiner involved. Go to your M.P. and tell him/her your situation. If there is serious maladministration involved in your case ask your M.P. to involve the Ombudsmans office.
If it’s that bad and you have any spare dosh ask the advice of a solicitor. You can get a free initial consultation!

According to the csa rules and in their booklet as soon as the pwc refuses a dna the case should close and any monies returned, why are they dragging this out? keep on at them and never give up, robbing bastards the lot of them. why doesnt the pwc have to prove anything, what they think they are incapable of lying, thats why its such a shambles.
@Jay…. you hit the nail on the head when you asked the question “why doesn’t the PWC have to prove anything?”…. that is the biggest flaw within the CSA (apart from the incompetent staff lol)….. the PWC can ‘say’ anything they like and the NRP has to PROVE they PWC is lying!! how on earth does that work???? If the PWC ‘says’ anything, it must be PROVEN BY HIM/HER before the CSA can act on it!!
If a female claims a man is the father of her unborn child they why don’t they both pay half for a DNA test up front???…. that would deter any lying female from making false accusations as it would cost HER money!!! And if it’s found that the woman is lying then she should refund the man for his half??
It is about time that we Csa victims pulled all our resources together. The Csa use the old tactic ” decide and conquer “. They love the fact that they have pwc and nrp at each others throats as it sidetracks both from the real issues! We should be taking each individual to task over their lying, bullying and illegal methods instead of letting them hide behind their position in this new nazi organisation. They are each individually a cog in this corrupt, life destroying extortion machine and as for mps, we don’t need to inform them of this corruption repeatedly as they are well aware and in many cases accomplices to it. Our British parliament should be ashamed allowing these gross injustices to go on but they are all part of it and only interested in themselves and lining their own pockets. Keep all details of all these Hitler youth members involved in your case as soon there will be a way to bring them to justice individually. They cannot hide forever, the uprising is coming soon!
