Exactly what happened to me, charged with £6000 of “arrears” and despite bank records and receipts they were not interested until my bitter ex wrote a letter to confirm she had received the money? How does the word of my ex carry more weight than bank records and physical evidence? I’ve paid back the £6000 and now thanks to another miscalculation I over paid about and extra £5200. I was told I would get this back at a rate of about £4 a week in a reduced amount on my regular payments. So far they have failed to make the pitiful reduction and continue to take a ridiculous amount off me. There’s is nothing you can do except go self employed, everyone GO SELF EMPLOYED!
Also Ben, they still won’t take our son into consideration to reduce your ridiculous payments to her. I hate the CSA.
The Csa have been crap where my daughter is concerned. Christ she’s 11 in a few weeks and I’ve never had a penny off her dad. The Csa have been bloody useless
